Mt. Calvary Baptist Church is a local community of followers of Jesus Christ who believe the mission of the church is found in two great statements by our Lord:

 

Jesus said the Greatest Commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our mind... and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
(Matthew 22:34-40)

 

He said the Great Commission is to go and make disciples of all nations.
(Matthew 22:18-20)

 

The Great Commandment is our motive...

The Great Commission is our purpose!

 

Our mission, therefore,  is to Love God, Love People and Live the Great Commission!

 

It's our Vision to:

 

BE the Church—United and Empowered to reach the Neighborhood, the Nations, and the Next Generation for Jesus Christ!
